Rubber Bead, Tail light and Number plate assembly

Hi all

Should I have a rubber bead running around one or both of the indicated areas in my photo ?

I feel like it shouldn't be butted directly up against the guard, but cant find reference to it.

If required, Anyone know where to grab some and if generic, what product to use.

Don’t know about any of the Heavyweight twins but in Lightweight there’s 20965 - number plate beading which works perfectly on the Jubilee etc
