Hi,
Have a 69 Commando with the early metal oil feed line to the rockers.
All fine apart from a leak on the RH banjo bolt between the inner copper washer and the head.
After numerous trials with different washers and sealant it looks like it is coming from the t joint above the rocker feed.
I see that Norvil can supply the metal replacement feed. I would rather keep it original if possible rather than switch to the braided type.
So the question is how difficult is it to bend the metal pipe to shape- especially around the RH T piece to fit the RH rocker feed banjo (bit of a nasty bend near the joint).
Probably one for the guys with the early Nortons.

If the pipe is annealed…

If the pipe is annealed copper it will be very easy. That is: at that gauge it should not buckle and collapse (like copper central heating pipe would).
