Thursday 6th May - 4.00pm......phone call to Roger at RGM for advice on unusual piston ring wear leading to loss of compression on my 650 Dominator. Following a very helpful discussion with someone who knows what they are talking about, an order for replacement parts was made.
Friday 7th May - 9.00am......Parcel post man turns up and delivers parcel containing replacement pistons and other goodies.
Beat that for amazing service.......more so as I live 400 miles away from RGM. Huge Thanks.
I second that.
RGM...very helpful, prices are competitive with unbeatable service. Much different than dealing with a gruff and sometimes arrogant over priced supplier who will remain anonymous.

I can confirm Phil's comments on RGM. I ordered a few small parts last Friday night (Melbourne, Australian time) and they were waiting for me in my local, rural post office this morning. Regularly receive this service from RGM.
