Wires going over a tool tray edge-sounds dodgy to me. 7 wires to the regulator is also not right. Shame about the English above.

So if it is in Yorkshire I would respectively ask that you desist from such and write in good English. This is an English web site in English for English speaking people. If you can't write good English and spell properly then stay away please.

Alan, I hope you are not being serious with your apparent prejudiced remarks about English and spelling! As far as I am aware the NOC website is for any NOC members, regardless of whether their first language is English. (Perhaps the Webmaster or other senior NOC official can confirm this?) Another problem is that not all of us are blessed with an innate ability to spell or read - many people suffer from a condition called dyslexia. A large proportion of the beneficiaries of a Charity I help to run as Secretary seem to have this problem.

My wife actually has no particular affliction other than a poor spelling ability, such that even 'spellcheckers' are unable to help! It may surprise you to know that even qualified Chartered Engineers can have these problems but I strongly believe that they should NOT be criticised or ridiculed for it. Provided that a posting makes sense there is no need for members to have a degree in English before posting on the Club's site.

Al emigrated to Norfolk. He wouldn't have done that if he was obsessed with standard English.
