Hi Tomas.
The wheel was out of the bike last summer. Unfortunately the bike is now at the back of the garage and I can't get to the offside at present but I have taken a photo that might help for moment. The bracket is rivetted in place and the approx overall measurement is 2 inches wide and 4 inches high. The bracket is slotted to allow the stop casting on the forks a positive location.
I will move the bike out of the garage by next week so that I can take better photos and give more accurate dimensions to help you.

Attached are a couple of photos which may help you.
The bracket is 1/8 inches thick (3.1mm approx) and the offset is 1/4 inch (6.2mm approx).
