hi,i am about to replace the stanchions in my m7 long roadholder forks,noting there is a conversion kit to improve the damping available,containing new damper rods etc.,also stanchions (at extra cost).question is,has anyone tried this conversion,and if so,does it improve anything?the kits are available at two of the main norton suppliers,same part nos.,i have gone down the route of heavier oil,increased capacity etc.,.thanks
