Hello should there be thick (or any) washers under the two long front nuts and the single rear nuts?

Long sleeve nuts now available
I see on A-N's site that long sleeve-nuts are available instead of the standard shorter reduced-hex nuts. Mind you, it's years since I've done it so I may be wrong about the originals! Here's A-N's photo.
