The mighty Norton lives after refitting the head after the great work done on it by Seager Engineering was kicking and pushing it for ages only occasional pop then noticed the magneto cam ring had moved out slightly, came out of key and rotated, just lined up key and slot pushed it back in and instant start, all that turning the motor over on the bench with no points cap fitted allowed it to creep out, really had me scratching my head.
