Concentric carb bowl drain plugs

Hi Alan,

Never had any drop out BUT I use the new spongy type thick washers and the metal after market plugs from Amal.  You can get these really tight while the washer helps protect the threads from over tightening.

I can't see how lock wiring would work except to lock one to the other (Twin carb)  to help prevent losing one.  My take.

having had one fall out just before a long trip, I fitted a small jubilee clip and piece of rubber round it.

(Will be taking it apart soon, as something to do with float valve is misbehaving/MOT failure)
