Hi,
I have attached sheet one of the modified circuit diagram for my 850 MkIII. Sheet two to follow.
I have Pazon Altair ignition. Boyer Power Box, Al Oz ignition warning light, Relay switched headlamp, electronic speedo, electronic rev counter.
Superflous wiring is removed.
Regards
Tony

Tony, all looks very tidy.…
Tony,
all looks very tidy.
You don't indicate the connection numbers on the 4 pin headlight relay units though.
I fancy doing that mod and those details would help.
BTW
Pazon Altair was a good choice, transforms the bottom end engine power with maximum ignition advance happening just over 3000rpm.

Hi Gordon,
The pinout totally depends on the relay itself. If you find a sutable relay, such as:-

Then it is obvious how to connect it.
In order to increase the life of your switchgear, it is good to have a reverse biased diode across the coil. something like:-

There may well be 'ready made' headlamp relays out there that you can use but I built my own system.
