Norman White probably has more experience than anyone, and he's in Hampshire...which is next to Sussex...

He is very capable and his work is top notch.  He hasn't done anything on my Norton, but has done loads for me on my Ducati including valve seats re-cut for larger valves, guides, small end honing and cylinder honing - so I can highly recommend him.  He only builds and repairs engines.
