1962 Navigator De-Luxe two tone tank paint

i have had a look at the two colour tanks painted on the web pictures but could someone let me know if the total underside of the tank is painted the bottom colour. mine should be black top and off white bottom [black and white on the log book] if someone has an original tank was the underside all white[ or black and the bar below the badges just white]? thanks in anticipation.
