Things are obviously getting out of hand regarding recent publications of interest in Roadholder.
It has brought to my attention that 24 members of the Solent Branch are intending to take legal action following the publication in the Roadholder, March edition, of an article questioning their abilities as competent motorcycle engineers.
All are claiming âlossâ including several who admit that their reading skills are too low in order for them to be able to understand or comprehend any of the magazine text.
In a recent communication, all are demanding a full apology be printed in the next magazine, on April 1st 2014, and a free pint donated to each at the next Solent Branch meeting.
These demands are well over the top and can not possibly be justified until the present economic position improves. The NOC must surely now act to investigate these claims and bring their findings to the 2014 AGM at Donington.
