Hi i am putting my jubilee back together before the final repaint, i have the centre stand fitted, but i cant see where the spring anchor plate should fix to. If anyone can help please could you get in touch, my bike is the deluxe model if they are any different.

Hello Stan, i think i have an idea of where the stand spring goes, i have placed an order for the nut that the spring anchor plate must fit onto, i take it the anchor plate and nut fit on the rear engine bolt. If you can give me any help that would be great.

Your assumptions are correct. I assume you have the appropriate spare parts list for your model and year which should have a picture of the frame and its bits. I know that its not always easy to interpret these.
