This rotor ...298 is correct for any/all Commnados. All rotors are the same magneticly. (that is a rubbish sweeping statement!) All Lucas rotors fit on 19mm crankshafts (except for a few that fitted on 1/2" cranks-Triumphs and Bantams) The Electra fitted on a 1" crank but that is Wipac and  despite their age-over 60yrs are usualy still very good.) (so don't knock Wipac!)

Lucas Rotors from the late 60s were 70mm dia.OD The later ones are 74mm dia OD. Another common rotor is....006 this is the one that worked but exploded from time to time! Magneticly they all need to hold their own weight on every magnet. Although there are at least 6 different stators with 74mm rotors (post 1960s),( even more end of 50s/early 60s with 70mm rotors) , all the rotors are the same, (except some are tired-broken-worn out etc)

So now you know.
