Looks like a 1970's Campbray wheel.

Here's my Commando with them fitted. Nice wheels but they went bust so didn't make a huge amount of them. 

Whatever kind of cast wheel one has, if it is a period item (and thus 40+ years old) it would be extremely wise to get it crack-tested as soon as possible before carrying on with it.

There is a dealer in either Belgium (not the one who had the mk3 stash) or Holland who has/had a few of these wheels for sale, I'm trying to think of a location  or name and something like Bisbeek comes to mind, sorry I can't be more help but he definately had some.
