Hi I am just wandering how long it normaly takes to get a reply from emails I emailed the spares dept 5 days ago asking when some more side stands for a jubilee may be availeable but I have had no reply does it normaly take a wile to get a responce?

Hello there,
I don't know who actually deals with emails. I have always contacted Ian Somerville using the phone number listed in Roadholder and he usually does answer first time. Neil I believe works away a lot and puts in very long hours so he can be difficult to catch.
If my memory is right Ian meets up with Neil every Wednesday night.
