I am puzzled by the numbers on what is described as 1961 Manx frame, it looks like three rows of characters the top not very clear, ??B followed by 991 and what looks like EGC at the bottom row.
From the pics it looks like a Manx frame or maybe an International, can anyone help with this mystery.
