My front number plate clashed with my headlight over the weekend completely smashing it. I am now in search of an original replacement if possible.
1949 es2 8inch lens, 6volt.

I had a similar incident 55 years ago after a landing following a leap over a humped bridge. The steering was turned 90 degrees and bike cartwheeled at high speed nearly writing me and bike off. A pedestrian was also partly bisected by the same legally required plate. Leave it off.
