ES2 Fork Oil

The recommended oil amount and grade for the long roadholders is 7oz (199 cc) of 20 SAE grade. I prefer Silkolene 20 grade fork oil, but whatever you use, start from the recommended amount and if the suspension is too soft, add equal small amounts to each leg until the suspension is to your preference.
