Would anyone have a diagram of the steering head parts for a 62 dommie. I've got multiple manuals but they don't show bearings. The bike was disassembled over 6 years ago as I was slowly gathering new parts, chroming and painting the bike. What I'm mainly concerend is the bearings. I have loose bearings but no race to fit them in. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks Peter

You could just fit sealed deep groove ball races (6205RS) as used on the Commando.
I've used these for years on my featherbed Nortons. Sealed for life, no adjustment, no hassle; job done!

Hi Peter...
Norton Parts Book: FRAMES / plate number H / Partsare
H60 Part no: 18263 Frame headlug bearing
H61 Part no: 15631 Felt washer for bearing
34 x 5/16" ball bearings.
Note the diagram I show is from RGM but their description is slightly wrong as regards what bike these fit
