National Rally 2010

This The Coast View Holiday Park is situated on the coast road at Shaldon, close to the beautiful beaches of Teignmouth and Shaldon with spectacular views of Lyme Bay and Devon’s golden coast. Just a short distance to Torquay and the palm trees of the English Riviera or go inland to discover the beauty of Dartmoor. Extensive on-site facilities, including indoor heated pools, bar, restaurant, shop, with entertainment in the clubhouse. There’s even a children’s bar area.

There is plenty to do and see in the area, so why not extend the weekend and make the campsite your base for a holiday.
 

For those who make it a family event there is a pet’s corner, play areas and for bigger kids/adults an assault course and a 9-hole crazy golf on site-all free of charge. Across the road is a 18 hole pitch and put golf course (charges apply). Entertainment includes cabarets and disco or relaxing bar area. Chalets and caravans are fully equipped and are of a reasonable rate if a group booking is made to share accommodation. i.e. couples or Branch groups.

Directions

• Take the A38 from Exeter
• At the fork, take the left fork A380 signed Torquay
• Go up the hill for 4 miles pass the 1st Teignmouth turn off
• Take the A381 to Teignmouth
• Turn right at traffic lights, go across Shaldon bridge
• Follow the main road up hill, site on right hand side.

Programme
Friday: Site opens midday. Evening meal and entertainment available.
Saturday: Poker run with cash prize taking in local attractions followed by Devon cream tea back at the site. Evening meal, entertainment and prize giving.
Sunday: Run taking in local views and places of interest across Dartmoor with lunch stop on route. In the early evening there will be a little competition at the pitch and putt course.
